We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 4 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
– Unused and in the same condition that you received it
– In its original packaging
– Not a custom or personalised item (these are non-refundable unless faulty)

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Refunds are not issued for:
– Digital downloads (if applicable)
– Sale items
– Custom or personalised orders (unless faulty) eg Mugs, T-Shirts, Tote Bags, Sweaters, stickers etc.
– All Branded products ( Napiers,
Damaged or Faulty Items:
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 4 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as needed.
Lost or Delayed Orders:
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please check with your local postal service first. If it is still missing after 10 working days, contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.
Cancellations:
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase. Once your order has been processed, we may not be able to cancel it.
