About Me

I’m someone who navigates life with a unique set of health challenges, including Omega-5 gliadin allergy, Migraines, Depression & Anxiety and Asthma. My Omega-5 Gliadin allergy, also known as wheat-dependent exercise-induced anaphylaxis, requires me to be vigilant about my diet and any physical activity, as exposure to wheat & semolina can trigger severe allergic reactions. The Depression and Anxiety is from a mixture of childhood trauma and my disabilities as they effect my daily living

Migraines add another layer of complexity, bringing intense headaches and discomfort that can disrupt my daily life. Managing triggers and finding effective relief is a constant focus for me. Additionally, I live with asthma, which means I need to be mindful of environmental factors that can affect my breathing.

While these conditions are very challenging, they have taught me some resilience and the importance of self-care. I strive to stay informed and proactive about my health, and I’m always seeking ways to connect with others who understand similar experiences.

I started the website “Living with Conditions” to create a supportive community for those dealing with health challenges like my own. My experiences with Omega-5 Gliadin allergy, depression & anxiety, migraines, and asthma have taught me the value of sharing knowledge and connecting with others who understand. Through the site, I aim to provide resources, share personal stories, and foster conversations that empower individuals to manage their conditions more effectively. My goal is to promote awareness, offer practical tips, and inspire hope, helping others navigate their journeys with greater confidence and support.

If you know me then you know how much I love BEES and wildlife, I like to create as well, so watch this space for some lovely stickers, T-shirts and more.
